Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Sign Up for Foundations

Start your CrossFit journey with our Foundations program. In 5 small-group sessions (4–6 people), you’ll learn the core movements, lifts, and skills — with a workout each day to practice what you’ve learned.

Step 2: Book Your Free Intro
Once you’ve registered for Foundations, you’ll book a free 30-minute one-on-one consult with Cliff, our owner and head coach. This session helps us learn about your goals, fitness background, and any limitations so we can tailor your Foundations experience to you.

Need a lighter start?
Not ready for the full Foundations track? You can also try CrossFit Lite — a simplified version of our classes with no Foundations requirement.
